Saturday Tutoring Program:

After parent teacher interviews in January, the Education Committee (comprised of members in North America and Tanzania) determined the need for weekend tutoring. While the children are generally doing well in their classes, they require extra support in math and sciences. Thus, we hired a teacher from a local English school to come for several hours on Saturday to help some of our struggling students.

We have also implemented a more structured after-school program to help focus each child on homework and studying. Both programs are managed by our head-teacher Grayson.

We hope to see an improvement in all of the student’s grades in the coming months.
