As stated by the UN, The Sustainable Development Goals are 17 interlinked objectives designed as a “shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future”. Through our actions as an organization and the programs we initiate– we use the SDG’s to guide us. We believe this is the only way to eventually promote equality and put an end to the cycle of poverty.
While there are 17 SDGs, Majengo focuses primarily on 9, both through our projects and programs, and through our actions as an organization. These 9 goals help guide our strategic plans and help us ensure our programs are effective harbingers of change.
